为营造良好的科研创新氛围,推进研究生科技创新,促进我院研究生的学术交流,提高研究生的科研能力和水平,本届论坛以“立足双一流高起点,创造生命科学新篇章”为主题,由郑州大学研究生院、郑州大学党委研究生工作部主办,生命科学学院承办的郑州大学第十四届研究生学术论坛生命科学学院专题创新分论坛将于2019年10月31日13:00-20:00在郑州大学主校区图书馆第三报告厅举行。
本届论坛将是展示我院全体研究生群体创新精神和学术研究成果的重要平台,同时也是我院研究生交流学习、拓宽学术视野、激发科研热情的难得机会。
论坛的形式:本届论坛包括大会特邀报告、研究生学术报告、与会专家对学生学术论文的点评和研究生论文张贴展示四个单元。

特邀报告专家简介
1.Professor Dianne Brunton
Professor Dianne Brunton is a behavioural ecologist and currently Head of the School of Natural and Computational Sciences at Massey University’s Auckland Campus. Dianne completed a BSc and MSc in Zoology at the University of Auckland, and a PhD on the breeding biology of a plover (killdeer) inwildlife biology at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She completed Postdocs at University of California, Berkeley on western gulls and Yale University on least terns, before returning to take up an academic position at the University of Auckland in 1991. In 2005, Dianne moved to Massey University and established the Ecology and Conservation Group. In 2013 she was promoted to Professor and in 2016 became Head of School. Her research contributions are in social behaviour and the evolution and ecology of animal communication with a focus on bird song. She has been the PI on two Marsden funded projects (Saddleback song dialect and male and female song in NZ bellbirds) and has published 130+ research publications in peer reviewed journals. Dianne has been the primary supervisor to >30 PhD and >70 MSc students and was awarded the Massey University Research medal for supervision in 2017. She has contributed both nationally and internationally to research panels (including, Rutherford, Marsden, PBRF, and NSF) and is currently the Chair of the Auckland Zoo Conservation Fund.
2.Dr Mat Pawley
Dr Matthew Pawley is an applied statistician specializing in the analysis of ecological data, with particular emphasis on multivariate methods. Dr Pawley obtained his PhD in Biostatistics at Auckland University in 2007 and completed his postdoc research at Massey University in 2011. From 2012, Dr Pawley has been teaching bio-statistical courses at and is currently a senior lecturer atMassey University. Dr Pawley’s theoretical research has focused on developing methods that regularize (i.e. automatically constrain) ecological resemblance-based analyses. On example is the creation of ecological control charts—a way to determine whether a site has been impacted by examining changes in organism abundance. In addition Dr Pawley has ongoing collaborations with ecologists, engineering scientists and computer scientists to develop and apply machine learning and computer vision methods (such as Deep Learning) to ecological data.
3.Associate Professor Weihong Ji
Associate Professor Weihong Ji is a behavioural ecologist and currently leading the Human-wildlife Interactions Research group at Massey University. She has obtained her PhDon brushtail possum behaviour at Auckland University in 2001. During 2002 and 2004, Weihong did her Postdoc at Auckland University and York University, UK studying contact behaviour of Brushtail possums and badger, and implications to disease transmission. From 2005, Weihong has been teaching at Massey University Albany and specialize in behavioural ecology. Her research focuses on human impact on animal behaviour and human-wildlife conflicts.
4.袁增强,研究员,1971年出生,博士生导师,博士毕业于美国南佛罗里达大学医学院分子生物学专业,美国哈佛医学院博士后,曾任中国科学院生物物理研究所 研究员/所长助理;2016.3至今在军事科学院军事医学研究院 军事认知与脑科学研究所特聘研究员。主要研究领域为神经退行性疾病发生于防治,脑损伤与脑保护。承担多项国家科技部和基金委、北京市基金委、总后卫生局的重大/重点项目,在研科研经费达5000多万元。在Science, Cell, PNAS,Cell Research, Science Advances, EMBO Rep, JNS, Cell Death and Differentiation等杂志共发表SCI论文60余篇。入选中国科学院“百人计划”(2007);国家自然基金委杰出青年基金获得者(2011);中国科学院“十大杰出青年”(2011);中国科学院“朱李月华优秀教师”(2013);军事医学研究院“金星”(2019)

5. 张杰,厦门大学特聘教授,国家杰青;国家优青;教育部新世纪优秀人才;福建省杰出青年科学基金;福建省高校领军人才,福建省青年拔尖人才,厦门市五四青年奖章等获得者。2011年8月加入厦门大学医学院神经科学研究所担任教授至今。张杰博士主要从事重大神经系统疾病(老年痴呆、抑郁症、术后认知障碍)等的发病机制和药物开发研究。至今以第一作者或者通讯作者在国际知名期刊发表研究论文20余篇。其中回国独立开展研究工作以后,作为通讯作者在Nature Neuroscience,Neuron,Cell Reports, PNAS, The Journal of Neuroscience, Clinical Cancer Research,CDD, JBC, Chemistry,Chem. Biol. Drug Des.等杂志上发表多篇研究论文。目前承担包括自然科学基金委重点项目、面上项目,国家重点研发计划、省市项目多项。
报告题目:Alzheimer’s Disease: Setbacks & Challenges
6. 汪思佳,中国科学院-马普学会计算生物学伙伴研究所研究员、博士生导师。现任中国科学院计算生物学重点实验室副主任、中国科学院上海生物医学大数据中心副主任、国际人类表型组计划执行委员会常务委员兼秘书长。入选“国家青年千人计划”,先后获得国家基金委“优秀青年科学基金”与“重大研究计划”资助。在Cell、Am J Hum Genet等国际知名期刊上发表论文三十余篇,论文累计引用2000余次。担任Ann Hum Genet杂志的资深副主编。目前课题组的主要科研方向为开发及运用系统组学分析方法及人工智能算法,利用人群队列产生的生物大数据,构建人类外貌相关表型与基因及其它相关表型的互作网络,建立预测个体健康状况的算法模型。
